After graduating with honors from Wake Forest University, Brian came to Miami to attend law school and pursue his passion of real estate. While at the University of Miami School of Law, he was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review and worked in real estate development. With his continued work in the legal field, Brian offers a uniquely professional perspective to all of his clients. He has closed multimillion dollars worth of residential transactions and can utilize his large network of legal and private/institutional financial contacts to guide his clients to a successful closing.
Brian is a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bar associations.

Arshan is one of the youngest, most successful brokers in Miami Beach. He has closed multimillion dollars worth of real estate and was a frequent contributor to local media for his expertise in the high end luxury market of South Florida. His knowledge of South Florida real estate is only surpassed by his drive to become the best in the industry.
Known for his discretion and exclusive VIP treatment, Arshan’s clients have included many print and film stars, as well as leaders in the financial and business world.
Despite Arshan’s busy schedule, he still finds time to give back to the community. He volunteers for local organizations and is very involved with the City of Miami Beach. He is a Miami Beach Leadership Academy graduate and an active advocate for the beautification and preservation of his local community.
